Visit WPForms > Settings to provide license key to enable auto updates and access other addons.

Now go to WPForms > Addons to install your email marketing addon.

After installing and activating Addon, go to WPForms > Settings and click “Integrations” tab.

Have Contact Forms with Email Signup Checkbox

First of all, you should create a simple contact form. Then add “Email Signup” button to the form. From fields’ column, simply click on “Checkbox” field.

A new field is added with three checkboxes. Click on it to reveal its settings. Change field level to the option like “Signup for our Newsletter” and banish two checkboxes.

Check the box behind choice field. It will check email signup by default. Now your contact form is all set. You need to define what to do after filling the form.

Click “Marketing” tab and choose email service provider and click “Add New Connection” button. Provide a name in this connection. Email service account can be accessed from WPForms.
